Who are we?

What is a PCN?

A PCN (Primary Care Network) is a group of GP practices who work together to focus on local patient care. PCNs were first introduced in 2019, and now 99% of GP practices are part of one. By collaborating and sharing resources, the PCN is better equipped to meet the healthcare requirements of the patients under each practice’s care.

eQuality PCN

eQuality PCN is a collaboration between four GP practices across Luton:

How can eQuality PCN benefit me?

Your GP practice being part of our PCN means more staff are available to see you, with more clinics running each day. Through our ‘Enhanced Access’ programme, there is greater availability for out-of-hours reviews, including both weekday and weekend clinics. This delivers 170 extra appointments per week across our four practices.

Your problem may not need to be seen directly by a GP. Through the PCN, we offer a variety of clinics with other members of our team, such as Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and Care Coordinators. We also offer a variety of non-clinic services such as Health and Wellbeing Coaching. You can find out more about this through the ‘Services’ tab at the top of this page.
